Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are mutually agreed to by and between 0692692 BC Ltd. dba ListingsPlus, a British Columbia corporation ("ListingsPlus") and you.

Unlike most terms of service documents, this one is intended to be as easy to read and understand as possible. Our goal is to clarify what you can expect from ListingsPlus, and what we'll expect from you. Don't worry: it's nothing too crazy.

We'll continue to update this document to make it better. If you see something confusing or have questions, please feel free to contact us: support@listingsplus.com. We're always interested in getting better.

Usage Means Acceptance

By using the ListingsPlus website (the "Service") in any way, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. So, you know, if you don't agree to these terms and conditions, you shouldn't use the Service.

Registration Data and Privacy

To access our Service you will be required to register an account and password. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process. The information we obtain through your use of our Service, including your registration data, is subject to our Privacy Policy. Pretty straightforward.

Security and Password

It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. If you forget your password we can send you a link to let you reset it. (And if you ever figure out a better way to authenticate users, we'd love to know... because, let's face it, passwords are really frustrating to manage.)


The best way to get support for our Service is via email: support@listingsplus.com. This will provide the fastest way to resolve any issues you may have. We promise to be really nice and do our best to help you quickly.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee and are not liable for any failure to access or store your data on our Service at any time. Like all cloud-based applications, we are vulnerable to the inherent unreliability of the Internet. That's just reality.

However, we do pride ourselves on reliability. We use modern cloud computing services for our technical infrastructure, which are robust, redundant, and reliable. We also monitor the status of the Service closely so that we can take prompt action in the case of an outage. So we're doing our best here to keep the Service working at full tilt.

Our Service is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability (whatever that means) or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:

  1. The service will meet your specific requirements
  2. The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  3. The service will make you smarter, sexier, or in any way more appealing
  4. The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be effective, accurate, or reliable
  5. The quality of the service or materials purchased by you will meet your expectations or be free from mistakes, errors, or defects
  6. Any errors or defects in the service will be corrected

Our Service could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. We may make changes to the materials and services, including the prices and descriptions of any software or products listed, at any time without notice. Our Service materials may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such materials or services. We know this makes us sound like we could be total losers, but really it's just us covering all our legal bases.

The use of our Service, the Service materials, or downloading of any materials through our Service is done at your own discretion and risk and you agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. And if figure out a way to wipe out your computer just by using our Service, well... that would be damn impressive.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. (We're looking at you, Mississippi.)

Subscription Fees and Renewal

See the website for current subscription fees. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the standard monthly billing cycle that coincides with the end of your subscription period. That just keeps things simple. Note that there may not be any notice of this pending renewal prior to the actual renewal. Please refer to the "Account" screen for information about your renewal date. You will receive a payment confirmation after subscription renewal.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the screen and then clicking on the "Cancel Account" link in "My Billing Info". Seriously, it's pretty easy to do.

If you cancel your account before the end of your current paid up term, your termination will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. But you won't be entitled to a refund. (Sorry.)

If you cancel your account, your account access will be limited to the end of the paid term. After that ends, ListingsPlus will maintain your content for at least one month, so if you reactivate your account your content will be as you left it. ListingsPlus may (but is not obligated to) delete all of your content one month after your account is canceled.

Breach of Terms

If you violate any of the terms in this document, your account may be terminated without notice. We may immediately deactivate your account and prevent access to all of your data on this site, including content that you have published for public use, without prior notice or liability to you. (This has never happened, and we hope it stays that way. But, still...).

If you think we removed your access by mistake, get in touch and we'll give you our reasoning. We're basically pretty nice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Our Service (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by us from our offices within the province of British Columbia, Canada. (We're the country right above the United States of America.) Our Service can be accessed from all Canadian provinces (including Newfoundland), as well as from other countries around the world, except probably North Korea -- we hear they's some issues there. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of British Columbia (particularly North Korea, just guessing!), by accessing our Service you agree that all matters related to the use of our Service shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. (Boy, our lawyers sure earned their pay on that one.)

You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue any court of competent jurisdiction within the Province of British Columbia with respect to such matters. (Again, not so sure what that means, but it sounds really cool.)


These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ListingsPlus with respect to your access and use of our Service, superseding any prior agreements between us (including any prior versions of these terms). It's all there is.

The failure of ListingsPlus to enforce or exercise any right or provision of these terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. So, there's that. :)
